Gigi Rigolatto by Paris Society, the hugely anticipated culinary addition to Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum is now officially open. Known for its signature blend of Italian flair and effortless elegance in Paris, Saint-Tropez, Dubai and Rome, Gigi debuts as a seasonal pop-up at the luxury beachfront resort, with plans for a permanent home in 2026.

Acclaimed French hospitality group Paris Society is renowned for its world-class restaurant portfolio across Paris and beyond, with iconic destinations including Girafe, Monsieur Bleu, and Louie. The latest addition to the resort’s celebrated dining and hospitality offering, Gigi Rigolatto promises to bring the art of la vita alla grande to the Turkish Riviera. Guests can expect refined Italian cuisine, a vibrant social ambiance, and a beautifully curated lifestyle boutique - all set against the backdrop of Mandarin Oriental Bodrum and crystal- clear waters of the Aegean Sea.
The 140-seat dining terrace invites guests to enjoy long sun-drenched lunches, signature Bellinis at sunset, and unforgettable evenings by the sea. Drawing on its Italian roots and Mediterranean spirit, Gigi Bodrum merges luxury with charm, becoming the perfect seaside escape for discerning travellers and tastemakers. The bespoke menu celebrates the richness of Italian gastronomy, from Tuscany to Puglia, with an emphasis on fresh, seasonal ingredients. At the heart of the Gigi experience sits the iconic Bellini Bar, where the classic bellini cocktail expertly crafted cocktails meet takes centre stage.
