Back Garden offers a relaxed yet refined dining experience, serving modern British dishes rooted in seasonality and sustainability. Launched this month, the new menu offering is a celebration of fresh flavours and the very best of British produce, showcasing vibrant, ingredient-driven dishes made with locally sourced ingredients from trusted suppliers such as Paddock Farm and Billy’s Eggs.
Menu highlights include a vibrant courgette and basil risotto with barrel-aged feta and tomato salad; day boat red mullet served with Cornish mussels, squid, saffron parmesan rouille and lobster bisque; Stokes Marsh Farm steak with smoked garlic butter and rosemary fries; and sticky toffee Braeburn apple cake with clotted cream ice cream. A separate vegan menu is also available, offering a variety of plant-based dishes.

Head Chef, Mathieu Blanchard, said: “After months of creativity and care in the kitchen, we’re delighted to unveil our new menu. Crafted with passion and designed to delight, we hope guests enjoy exploring our new menu, rooted in locality and seasonality.”
