From the earthy tang of Ker Sangri and the spiced richness of Gatte Ki Sabzi to the festive indulgence of Dal Baati Churma and the fiery allure of Laal Maas — every dish promises to tell a story of heritage, flavour, and celebration.

Sweet lovers can look forward to traditional treats like Ghewar, while meat connoisseurs will enjoy the exquisitely grilled Lamb Chops — all served in a regal setting curated for an unforgettable dining experience.
