Tiffany Richards will lead Delta Hotels by Marriott Calgary Downtown

Delta Hotels by Marriott Calgary Downtown appoints Tiffany Richards as it new General Manager. Tiffany brings more than 15 years of experience with Marriott International, with a career spanning sales, marketing and hotel operations. Most recently, she served as general manager of Fairfield by Marriott Calgary Downtown, where she led overall performance, team engagement and commercial strategy.

This appointment marks a return to Delta Hotels by Marriott Calgary Downtown for Richards, who previously held the role of director of Sales & Marketing at the property. During her tenure, she played a key role in shaping the hotel’s revenue strategy, strengthening its market position and developing high-performing commercial teams.

In her new role, Richards oversees the hotel’s strategic and operational direction, with a focus on driving performance, elevating guest experiences and strengthening the property’s position within the Calgary market.

Richards also currently serves as a Board Member and co-Chair of the Calgary Hotel Association, co-Chair of the Alberta Business Council and a member of Tourism Calgary’s Sports & Major Events Committee. She also contributes to several Marriott initiatives, including the GM Advisory Council and the Power of M End User Council.
