Singapore Oceanarium presents Southeast Asia’s first-ever Hangyodon immersive experience

Resorts World Sentosa presents Hangyodon Marine Discovery at Singapore Oceanarium, the largest Hangyodon-themed immersive experience in Southeast Asia and the first-ever collaboration of its kind in the region. Running from 28 November 2025 to 4 January 2026, the event marks a milestone year as Sanrio’s cheerful and lovable half-fishman character Hangyodon celebrates his 40th anniversary.

Hangyodon’s playful curiosity is brought to life in a specially curated edutainment experience that inspires knowledge, love and action for the ocean.
A Festive Ocean Journey with Hangyodon
In this experience, Hangyodon and his best friend, Sayuri the octopus, plunge into their very first ocean getaway in a special feature at Singapore Oceanarium. Along the way, they will discover inspiring stories about marine conservation through immersive installations and interactive panels, turning every zone into both a playful escape and a meaningful learning journey about protecting our oceans.
Through vibrant storytelling and engaging visuals, guests will experience the vital ways the ocean connects to our daily lives, encounter fascinating species including sharks, corals and intertidal animals, and learn about the real impact of marine pollution on both marine life and humanity. Guests can also take part in interactive experiences, leaving them inspired with a newfound purpose to protect our marine world.
