Sheraton Nha Trang Hotel & Spa is delighted to announce the appointment of
Mr. Marco Pistillo as its new Executive Chef, effective June 2025. With an impressive international culinary background and a proven track record of leadership, Chef Marco brings a fresh vision and a deep passion for excellence to the hotel’s well-established dining
experiences.

Chef Marco joins Sheraton Nha Trang from the Grand Hyatt Jakarta, where he led a team of over 100 chefs. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in implementing strategic initiatives that enhanced guest satisfaction, elevated food quality, optimized costs, and drove overall revenue growth.
Hailing from the picturesque Lombardia region of northern Italy, Chef Marco began his culinary journey during a summer in London in 2006. Starting from humble beginnings, he developed his skills across a variety of kitchens, including a prestigious 1-Michelin-starred
restaurant. In 2008, he returned to Italy briefly before embarking on a global culinary adventure that took him to Vietnam in 2014. His journey within the Hyatt brand included key roles at Hyatt Regency Danang, as well as positions in Shenzhen, Abu Dhabi, and Jakarta.
Now proud to call Nha Trang home, Chef Marco is excited to lead the culinary team at Sheraton Nha Trang Hotel & Spa. His approach centers on showcasing the freshest local ingredients, inspired by the breathtaking coastal setting and abundant seafood. Guests can look forward to innovative new concepts and elevated dining experiences throughout the hotel’s restaurants and bars, with a strong focus on ustainability, local sourcing, and exceptional quality.
