Philippe brings over 30 years of international leadership in luxury hospitality, with a strong track record of senior executive roles across global organisations. His focus on brand development, multi-market strategy and guest experience at the highest level has made him a respected leader throughout the industry.
His appointment marks an exciting new chapter for Dorchester Collection, one that builds on the legacy while embracing thoughtful evolution and bold ambition.
With new destinations on the horizon in Tokyo and a second property in Dubai., we look forward to shaping the future with the same commitment to excellence that defines every Dorchester Collection experience.
From January, as Company President, Christopher Cowdray will continue to oversee our strategic direction, growth initiatives, and the values and vision that make Dorchester Collection exceptional.
