Budi’s journey with us began in 2023 as Complex Director of Operations, where he played an influential role in the successful pre-opening of both Pan Pacific Jakarta and PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Jakarta. From crafting operational strategies and building high-performing teams to cultivating a culture of excellence and guest-centric service, his contributions have been instrumental in shaping the distinctive identity of both properties.

With over 20 years of experience in luxury hotels, Budi has been an essential part of our leadership team. Throughout his career, he has held senior positions at prestigious hotel brands like Rosewood, One&Only, Raffles, St. Regis, and The Ritz-Carlton, working in amazing locations such as the Maldives, Malaysia, Thailand, Turkey, and Saudi Arabia.

Budi is well-known for his dedication to providing excellent service, empowering his team, and ensuring guest satisfaction. His leadership truly embodies the values and vision of Pan Pacific Hotels Group.
