Machan Resorts LLP, a name synonymous with eco-conscious hospitality for over three decades, reaffirms its unwavering commitment to responsible and regenerative growth on World Environment Day.

Famed for its unique treehouse retreats, Machan Resorts is now expanding its footprint across India. While the upcoming properties may not feature treehouses, they are being developed with the same uncompromising focus on sustainability — offering eco-sensitive architecture and operations that respect the natural surroundings. True to its ethos, the brand ensures that each new destination is built around nature, not over it — with minimal environmental disruption and maximum ecological mindfulness.
“For us, sustainability is not seasonal or symbolic — it’s structural,” said Sanat Hooja, Partner from Machan Resorts LLP. “Every retreat we create is designed to honour the land, conserve resources, and protect local ecosystems".
The brand’s upcoming greenfield project in Karjat will feature 42 thoughtfully designed rooms, combining modern comforts with responsible construction and energy practices. Similar nature-led developments are underway in Mulshi, Jaisalmer, Udaipur, and Pawna, all adhering to Machan’s sustainable design and operational values.
He further added "While World Environment Day reminds us of our shared duty to the planet, Machan Resorts continues to walk the talk — expanding mindfully, operating responsibly, and inspiring a hospitality model that future generations can rely on.
