Over the years, she has managed large portfolios and driven sales, marketing, and revenue functions, and successfully guided teams through transformational processes in challenging environments.

Her academic journey includes programs at Cornell University, further strengthening her expertise.

With her vision, knowledge, and passion for hospitality, Lucija will play a key role in shaping how guests experience the Island of Vitality.
