Hilton Mumbai International Airport is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Sandip Nalawade as Director of Engineering.

With over 23 years of extensive experience in hospitality engineering across leading global brands including Hilton, Ritz-Carlton, Mandarin Oriental, Sofitel, Conrad, JW Marriott, Accor and Hyatt, Mr. Nalawade brings deep expertise in engineering operations, sustainability, energy management, and large-scale hotel infrastructure.
A seasoned pre-opening hotelier and sustainability leader, Mr. Nalawade has successfully led high-impact projects delivering LEED Platinum and ISO 14001 certifications, driven significant energy and water efficiency initiatives, and overseen complex engineering operations for luxury hotels and mixed-use developments. His strong command over HVAC, electrical systems, water management, life safety systems and building management technologies has consistently enhanced asset performance and guest experience.

In his new role, Mr. Nalawade will oversee all engineering and facility operations at Hilton Mumbai International Airport, with a strong focus on asset integrity, safety, sustainability and operational efficiency.
