With over two decades of experience as a passionate storyteller and strategic brand leader, Kim brings a wealth of expertise in international brand marketing and communications across luxury hospitality, F&B, lifestyle, spa, and tourism. Her well-rounded career spans key global markets including the GCC, Europe, UK, US, APAC, and Australia.


Kim began her hospitality journey with Hilton in 2006, holding leadership roles in Brisbane, Sydney, and Singapore. She has since led global campaigns that elevated brand visibility and guest engagement across the luxury segment.


She later stepped into a Director of Sales & Marketing role, where she successfully launched new luxury lifestyle resort brands in the Maldives and spearheaded the post-COVID repositioning of a hotel cluster, overseeing the marketing strategy for a diverse Marriott International portfolio.


In 2023, Kim expanded her focus into agency life, leading an integrated marketing communications team and consulting across sectors such as tourism, aviation, FMCG, finance, and not-for-profit. Most recently, she played a key role in introducing the lifestyle brand Mondrian to the Australian market with its launch on the Gold Coast.


Kim’s deep understanding of global markets and consumer behavior—combined with her energy, creativity, and commercial acumen—make her an integral addition to our team. Her leadership will be instrumental as we continue to evolve our brand story.
