Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai Welcomes Pramod Dwivedi as Director of F&B and Taraka Kubal as Executive Housekeeper

Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport is pleased to announce the appointment of Pramod Dwivedi as the Director of Food & Beverage and Taraka Kubal as the Executive Housekeeper. With their wealth of experience and deep-rooted association with Marriott International, both leaders bring a strong vision for operational excellence and guest satisfaction to the hotel.

Pramod Dwivedi, a seasoned hospitality professional with over 15 years of industry experience, joins from JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar, where he played a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and setting high operational benchmarks. Having spent 13 years with Marriott International, Pramod has developed a profound understanding of the brand’s service culture and leadership values.

 

Commenting on his new role, Pramod Dwivedi said, “Courtyard by Marriott’s reputation for combining comfort, efficiency, and excellent service perfectly aligns with my passion for hospitality. I’m excited to bring my experience to this dynamic property and lead initiatives that enhance guest satisfaction, team performance, and operational innovation.”

 

In his new position, Pramod will focus on elevating dining experiences, enhancing service efficiency, fostering team development, and supporting sustainability and technology-driven initiatives.

Taraka Kubal, who steps in as Executive Housekeeper, returns to Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport after a successful tenure at JW Marriott Juhu. Taraka originally served with Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport from 2012 to 2016, before moving to JW Marriott, where she worked for nearly a decade(2016-2025). With a postgraduate degree from PIHMS University, New Zealand, and valuable international experience, she brings global expertise and deep brand familiarity to her role.

 

Speaking about her appointment, Taraka Kubal said, “Rejoining Courtyard feels like coming full circle. I’m proud to be part of the Marriott family and look forward to contributing to the hotel’s continued success. My goal is to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests, while also supporting key projects like the upcoming room renovations.”

 

In her role, Taraka will lead a high-performing housekeeping team, ensure adherence to brand standards, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver an elevated guest experience.

 

With these strategic additions to the leadership team, Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport is poised to further strengthen its position as a preferred choice for both business and leisure travellers.
