Atmosphere Wellness Pvt Ltd Elevates Heidi Grimwood to Senior Vice President of ELE|NA

Atmosphere Wellness Pvt Ltd is proud to announce the promotion of Heidi Grimwood to the role of Senior Vice President of ELE|NA, the company’s signature wellness brand. Since joining as Assistant Vice President in 2020, Heidi has been instrumental in transforming ELE|NA into one of the Maldives’ most forward-thinking wellness offerings, with a growing international presence.

Heidi’s career in the wellness industry began at just 19 and spans over 25 years. She has held pioneering roles across the globe, including Co-Director at FG Innovation Management Ltd in Ireland, founding the first corporate gym at Virgin Atlantic Airways HQ, and leading spa operations at world-renowned destinations such as Inchydoney Lodge & Spa, Aghadoe Heights Hotel & Spa, aboard the QE2 Oceanliner, One&Only Reethi Rah in the Maldives, and with Steiner Transocean.

As a driving force behind ELE|NA’s evolution, Heidi has curated and led the development of transformative wellness journeys, integrated wellbeing with gourmet cuisine, and expanded the brand’s reach across resorts with her signature blend of creativity and care.

In her new role, she will guide ELE|NA’s expansion across South Asia and the Middle East, while continuing to deepen the brand’s presence in the Maldives with new sanctuaries and immersive experiences. Heidi will also lead the growth of the brand’s business arm in amenities and essentials, and drive the development of the ELE|NA Wellness Academy, a hub for cultivating the next generation of wellness professionals.
