Accor and Uber Announce Multi-market Loyalty Partnership

Accor, the powerful booking platform and loyalty program of Accor, and Uber today announce a new strategic multi-market loyalty partnership designed to enhance their clients' travel and daily lifestyle journeys.

The partnership between Accor and Uber enhances the customer journey by seamlessly connecting hospitality, mobility and delivery. Together, Accor and Uber are enhancing the travel experience by making it more connected, flexible, and rewarding—whether traveling for business or leisure, far away or closer to home. 


This deep and ambitious multi-market collaboration introduces seamless account linking, open to all clients and members of ALL Accor and Uber. It also represents new opportunities to earn ALL Accor points, and exclusive benefits for members of both ​platforms.​ 


With a launch across key markets during the second half of the year, the partnership will first include Uber and Uber Eats delivery services in France, Germany, and Poland. Additionally, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Morocco will offer benefits for Uber ride services.

Anchored by seamless account linking between Uber and ALL Accor, the partnership expands the power and value of both partners. Key features include: 

  • Enhanced Travel Experience: Members will seamlessly access Uber mobility and food delivery services through the ALL Accor digital ecosystem, from their home to future hotel stays.  

  • Rewarding Everyday Journeys: Members will earn ALL Accor points on their Uber rides and Uber Eats deliveries, making daily mobility and dining more rewarding. And, Uber One members will get extra benefits. 

  • Exclusive Status Boosts: Members will benefit from reciprocal membership accesses, providing ALL Accor status upgrades to annual Uber One members and offering extended free trials of Uber One memberships to eligible ALL Accor members. 


This partnership expands the flexibility and value of ALL Accor, giving members new opportunities to earn points across their daily lives and travel plans. Earned points may be redeemed within the ALL Accor program across its vast global hotel network, dining, experiences, and more than 110 partners, in accordance with ALL Accor program terms and conditions.  


From arrival to departure, Uber supports every stage of the journey: airport pickups, rides to and from hotels, food experience discovery through Uber Eats, and reliable transportation throughout a stay. By integrating Uber's services into the ALL Accor ecosystem, this partnership brings added convenience and continuity to travelers, bridging the gap between hospitality, delivery and mobility.
